Employment Based Visa
EB-3
The EB-3 visa is for people from other countries who want to work in the United States. You need a job offer from a U.S. employer who couldn’t find a suitable American worker for the job (we have multiple jobs offers). Once you get this visa, you can come and work in the U.S. for that employer. It’s like a ticket that lets you work in the United States when you have a job waiting for you. There are three main categories:
- Skilled Workers are persons whose jobs require a minimum of 2 years training or work experience that are not temporary or seasonal.
- Unskilled workers (Other workers) are persons capable of filling positions that require less than 2 years training or experience that are not temporary or seasonal. Around 10.000 visas per year can be issued to foreign workers under the EB-3 unskilled category.
